Thank you for shopping at Plaid Place. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Exchange or credit only unless item is defective, then it will be replaced upon return to the store. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at https://plaid-place.myshopify.com/pages/contact or sales@plaidplace.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
