What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars by default. If you see the prices in Canadian Dollars and you wish to see the prices in US Dollars, you may use the dropdown menu at the very top righthand corner of the page to switch pricing views.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orders for products that are in stock usually ship within 3-5 business days of when we receive the order. Items that are not in stock will take longer to ship, and shipping times will vary based on the availability of the item. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We work hard to make sure our product images and descriptions are accurate. However, mistakes can happen. How long does shipping take?
