A deluxe version of our kilted skirt with extra deep hand pleating at the back, creating movement and swing of a kilt. Find your perfect fit in a tartan of your choice! Featuring two buckled straps at one side, and one buckled strap on the inside, incorporate this elegant and stylish piece into your wardrobe.
