Unused merchandise, with original packaging and accompanied with the receipt, can be exchanged or be returned for a store credit within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges can be done in store or by sending the items back to the store through courier.
Exchanges via post: If you are unable to exchange your item in person we will gladly do it by post. When mailing your items back to us, simply address the parcel to 1903 Barrington St., Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3J 3L7. Make sure included in the parcel is the original receipt with the item(s) you are exchanging along with a credit card number we can use to charge for the shipping of the exchanged item(s). It is also important that the address in which the exchange is to be sent to is clearly stated.
It would be best to call or e-mail us prior to sending out the parcel to notify us what exactly you want to do with your exchange, whether it is a store credit or exchange for another product or size. This way we can have the item(s) set aside and ready to go out when we receive your parcel.
